Call for Papers

ICCIDT-2K24 aims to explore Computational Intelligence and Digital Technologies in a wide range in the form of presentation and discussion with eminent personalities in terms of experience and expertise.

The   6th International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Digital Technologies (ICCIDT-2K24)  to be held during May 3-4, 2024.

The conference provides a platform for professionals, scientists, academicians, research scholars, students, and industrialists to disseminate information on various aspects related to the themes mentioned below.

The ICCIDT-2K24 invites full-length original research contributions from science, and engineering professionals from industries, R&D organizations, academic institutions, government departments, and research scholars from across the world.

Publication Details



Selected papers will be published in the Scopus indexed journal BJIT - International Journal of Information Technology

All remaining accepted, registered and presented papers will be published in Scopus indexed AIP Conference Proceedings.

Papers having overall Similarity Index less than 20% and not more than 05% from a single source
(with not more than 05 consecutive words matching) shall only be considered for publication.

Submission Guidelines



Guidelines for Initial Submission

• Full-length original research contributions and review articles not exceeding twelve pages as per the standard format shall be submitted.
• An extra page charge is applicable for manuscripts with more than twelve pages.
• For initial submission the manuscript should be A4 sheet with normal margins, times new roman with size 14 for Title of the manuscript, and other subtitles will be times new roman size of 12, body of text will be times new roman with size 11. Reference will be followed by Vancouver style.
• For camera ready paper submission, the manuscript template shall be found in the call for papers section.
• The manuscript should contribute original research ideas, developmental ideas, analysis, findings, results, etc. The manuscript should not have been published in any journals/magazines or conference proceedings and not be under review in any of them.
• Further, the manuscript should contain the name of the corresponding author with e-mail ID and affiliation of all authors.
• Plagiarism should be less than 20% (as per TURNITIN) and single source should be less than 5% for the Submission Process.
• One of the author of each paper must have full registration and present the paper in person at the conference. Registration fee which includes the conference registration kit, Proceedings, refreshment.
Research Limitations/ Implications
• Papers accepted after the review and presentation at the conference will be included in the AIP conference proceedings and selected papers will be published in BJIT.

Review Process:



All articles will be peer-reviewed in a double-blind manner. Relevancy, structure, research technique, ethical conduct, language standard, inventiveness, references, hypothesis, result presentation, proficiency, format, and a variety of other aspects are all taken into account throughout the process of assessment. Papers that are accepted will be published in the Conference Proceedings and further it will be published in the author selected publication track. All submitted papers will be reviewed by three international program committees. ICCIDT-2K24 takes the protection of intellectual property very seriously. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and similarity check. By submitting your work, you agree to allow ICCIDT-2K24 to screen your work for plagiarism. The paper will be evaluated based on their novelty and innovative research contribution.

Decision:



There are four possible decisions for a submitted full-paper.

1. Accepted with original submission: Official Acceptance notification through mail will be given to proceed with the registration.
2. Major Revision: The papers should be revised according to reviewer comments and send again to the reviewers for opinion and review, if the reviewers satisfied by the author response, Official Acceptance notification will be given to the author to proceed with the registration.
3. Minor Revision: The papers should be revised according to reviewer comments and the editor will decide to issue the Official Acceptance notification through to proceed with the registration.
4. Rejected. This means the paper will not be considered for the next process even if it is revised.

NOTE: Author should register to the conference only after obtaining the Official Acceptance Letter from the conference.

Plagiarism Policy for the Publication



All articles submitted to ICCIDT-2K24 will first undergo a plagiarism check before being sent to our technical program committee for review. Note that plagiarized articles will be rejected (Must be 20% below excluding references). Copying of contents from other articles is strictly prohibited. However, it is allowed with proper quotations and citations. Only articles with 80% original content should be submitted with the expectation of being accepted for ICCIDT-2K24 proceedings. ICCIDT-2K24 keenly discourages plagiarism in research articles, proposals and survey articles submitted to us. Articles failing plagiarism check will be subjected to rejection without any review.

Instructions for the oral presentation - HYBRID Mode



The presentation should last about 15 minutes in HYBRID Mode i.e online and offline mode. You may use whatever type of presentation and number of slides you prefer. Please arrive early for your presentation to verify that all essential equipment is available.

General Guidelines:



Fee payment is required in order to attend the conference. The authors of accepted submission must register for the conference and pay the registration fee before the deadline. Each paper should have at least one author who pays the registration fee and attends the conference. Corresponding authors are encouraged to complete a thorough review of the article before the final submission date; this will be the last chance to make any revisions, amendments, or acknowledgements. Requests to update, edit, change, or add information to the paper after final submission will not be accommodated after the final submission deadline. Authors should forward the following documents to complete the registration to the conference: Final camera ready paper (It should be in editable format either word or latex file) Copyright agreement form (It should be duly signed by the corresponding author with date) Payment Proof (Anyone of the author can pay - Registration fee per paper only) Permission Request form(Obtain a signature from a third-party user if any third-party material is used).
